Chappo is about 18 - 24 month old super sweet and handsome male, although a little shy at the moment since he just came to our rescue. He was purchased by a rancher to guard goats but Chappo wanted to be around humans much more. So he was surrendered and now walks on a leash, loves belly rubs, leaning in to you and likes to be right by your side. He is playful, great with female dogs as well as some males. We don't know about cats.

He will do best in an active home with lots of attention. He wants to be a people dog, so training should be fairly easy but will require patience because he is a pyr. He will also do well in a home with a female dog that is very playful.

A BIG FENCED YARD/PROPERTY FOR CHAPPO TO RUN AROUND IS A MUST!
