Simba just came to our rescue and we have to get to know him but this is what his owner said about him: Simba and Winter were surrendered together to the Animal in Oct. The shelter adopted them out together to a family in the Brownwood area. After a month Winter was returned because she growled at the granddaughter and about a week ago they returned Simba for the same reason. According to this family Simba lived outside w/ heat lamp, is sweet and friendly but does not like when you push his butt down to sit (Possible the reason he turned on granddaughter). Simba gets along with other dogs outside but not in the house, so he should be the only dog. He showed food aggression with their other dog as well. Since he is with us at the rescue we had no problems with him. He is very sweet and calm and loves to be petted/attention. A BIG FENCED YARD FOR SIMBA TO RUN AROUND AND PROTECT EVERYTHING AROUND HIM IS A MUST!
