Very shy
My name is Yolonda, (spelled wrong but that is how she came from the shelter and we keep the name so the paperwork matches) I am a Karakachan Bear Dog. I was raised in a hoarding situation where I did not get human contact and wasn't shown any love. I was saved by a shelter in Wyoming, where I learned humans aren't so bad. I am still scared of new people and places but with lots of love and patients, I could blossom into your best friend. I would do best in a home where someone is there with me so I don't get scared. I do enjoy a quieter home where there isn't a lot going on. I do like to play with other dogs, but I prefer a sweet and calm friend that likes to play and can show me how to be a fun dog. I love going for a walk in the woods or nice parks. Did I mention I am also very good on the leash and like very special treats, like cheese and chicken? I'm hoping someone out there can show me that it's okay to be loved and that it's ok to be myself.
