Ruger is an amazingly sweet boy who has been through eye surgery for his eyelash disorder called Distichiasis Trichiasis. That is where his eyelashes have either grown inward or in irregular areas. Even though he has had his surgery the vet thinks it is a habit for him to squint. He has been back to the vet to make sure that his corneas have not been scratched or damaged. The vet has given the all clear and that he is happy and healthy and ready to be adopted!
